Rent
- Rent is due on the first of the month. As long as you submit your payment by that date you will receive your $25 rent credit
- Rent checks are mailed to:

- You may be eligible to receive the Homestead Rent Credit. If you are filing for the Homestead Rent Credit, contact Property Manager Ryan Osborn to have your rent certificate signed
Maintenance
- Maintenance requests should be submitted via the electronic form or an e-mail to Ryan Osborn at ryan@osbornapartments.com. Ryan will see to your request as soon as possible.

Garbage and Recycling
- 241, 245 and 247 Langdon Street have green recycling bins available behind 245/247 Langdon. There is a garbage dumpster located next to the garage in the parking lot. Large items may be placed on the curb
- 445 North Lake Street has dumpsters available in the small ally behind the building located off of Lake Street
- 609 North Lake Street has a garbage dumpster and green recycling bins located behind the building at the end of the shared driveway.
